Is there a minimum for on-location services?
- Yes, 5 services per artist and stylist

What services are included in the hair and makeup contract?
- False eyelashes are optional
- Touch-ups immediately after the last hair and makeup service is completed
- All makeup applications are customizable and incorporate skin preparation, priming and setting techniques

Are there any additional fees or charges?
- There is an extra charge ONLY if you are getting ready outside of our 25-mile travel radius from Macungie, PA
- Travel Fee is $1.25 per mile, for each team of two stylists (1 makeup artist & 1 hair stylist), travelling 25 miles outside of Macungie, PA
- Hotel stay if needed depending on the distance
What is the payment schedule and method of payment?
- Initial deposit of $350 is required to book services & secure your date. Full payment schedule is shown below
- There will be 3 payment installments: (1) Initial deposit (to book services & secure your date), (2) half-way point (from booking date to wedding day or special event), and (3) remaining balance due two weeks before the day of your wedding or special event
- Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle
How far in advance do I need to book the services?
- We recommend booking your event as soon as possible – 6 to 12 months in advance
- We do accept bookings at any time, however we may not have availability in short notices
What is the cancellation policy?
- Previews and deposit fees are non-refundable
- If you need to cancel your services with us, please note that a refund is only available if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to your wedding day or special event
Can I request specific products if I have allergies?
- Absolutely, we customize according to your skin type
Are there any specific preparation instructions I should follow before the day of my event?
- Yes, we will send a detailed prep-guide to you and the entire bridal party prior to your wedding day (or special event)
How much time is needed to have our hair and makeup done?
- Be sure to estimate 45 minutes to an hour
- Be sure to estimate 1 hour for the bride
Can I book my Preview on a Saturday?
- During our wedding season, weekdays are preferable for Previews. Fridays through Sundays are generally our wedding days
- During the slow season of January through March, Saturdays are more available
