Are there any additional fees or charges?

  • There is an extra charge ONLY if you are getting ready outside of our 25-mile travel radius from Macungie, PA
  • Travel Fee is $1.25 per mile, for every two artists/stylists 25 miles outside of Macungie, PA
  • Hotel stay

What is the payment schedule and method of payment?

  • Deposit of $350 is required to secure the date
  • Three payments: deposit (to book services), half-way point (from booking date to wedding day), and remaining balance due two weeks before the day of the wedding
  • Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, Zelle

How far in advance do I need to book the services?

  • We recommend booking your event as soon as possible – 6 to 12 months in advance
  • We do accept bookings at any time, however we cannot guarantee the availability

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Previews and deposit fees are non-refundable
  • If you need to cancel your services with us, please note that a refund is only available if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to the event

Can I request specific products if I have allergies?

  • Yes, we customize according to your skin type

Are there any specific preparation instructions I should follow before the wedding day?

  • Yes, we will send a detailed prep-guide to you and the entire bridal party prior to your wedding day

How much time does it take to have our hair and makeup done?

  • Estimate 45 minutes to an hour
  • Estimate 1 hour for the bride

Can I book my Preview on a Saturday?

  • During our wedding season, weekdays are preferable for Previews. Friday through Sunday are our wedding days
  • During the slow season of January through March, Saturdays are more available
