Is there a minimum for on-location services?
- We are flexible according to the distance and location.
What services are included in the hair and makeup contract?
- False eyelashes are optional.
- Touch-ups immediately after the last hair and makeup service is completed.

Are there any additional fees or charges?
- Additional fees can apply depending on options however it will be openly discussed prior to bookings.
What is the payment schedule and method of payment?
- An initial deposit is required to book services & secure your date. Installments of three payments are required. Full payment schedule is shown below:
- (1) Initial deposit (to book services & secure your date),
- (2) Second payment (from booking date to wedding day or special event), and
- (3) remaining balance due two weeks before the day of your wedding or special event.
- Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
How far in advance do I need to book the services?
- We recommend booking your event as soon as possible – 6 to 12 months in advance.
- We do accept bookings at any time, however we may not have availability in short notices.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Deposit fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel your services with us, please note that a refund is only available if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to your wedding day or special event.
Can I request specific products if I have allergies?
- Absolutely, we customize according to your skin type.
Are there any specific preparation instructions I should follow before the day of my event?
- Yes, we will send a detailed prep-guide to you and the entire bridal party prior to your wedding day (or special event).
How much time is needed to have our hair and makeup done?
- Be sure to estimate 45 minutes to an hour.
- Be sure to estimate 1 hour minimum for the bride.
Can I book my Preview on a Saturday?
- During our wedding season, weekdays are preferable for previews/trials. Fridays through Sundays are generally our wedding days.
- During the slow season of January through March, Saturdays are more available.
